Jack Cruise

Jack Cruise is an Investment Analyst at KOMPAS. He supports the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and performing due diligence on deals across all regions. Jack began his career at Pi Labs, where he led accelerator programmes, introduced a data-driven approach to sourcing and portfolio management, and invested across manufacturing, climate, and the built environment.

Jack holds a degree in Physics, where he specialised in quantum thermodynamics and astrophysics. He is particularly motivated by working with founders tackling complex, global challenges and enjoys exploring the intersection of science and industry.
